Two Simple Words…Thank You

Leaders, when was the last time you thanked your team? Remember, just because it is their “job” doesn’t mean they wouldn’t appreciate a thank you. Let’s look at it another way. It is your “job” to take care of your children but you still expect them to be appreciative and say thank you.
