Kristine D. Jones-Pasley, PhD

Dr. Kristine (Kris) Jones-Pasley’s interest in business processes, leadership, and belonging topics started in high school while grading the graduate (MBA) papers of her step-father’s students. Her passion for the topics of leadership and belonging continued with her dissertation, “A Multiple Case Study Document Analysis of Organizational Environments of Inclusion for People with Disabilities.” The lessons, skills, and knowledge from Dr. Kris’ diverse career journey have converged to make her the educator, facilitator, and trainer she is today.
