Kristine D. Jones-Pasley, PhD

Dr. Kristine (Kris) Jones-Pasley’s interest in business processes, leadership, diversity, and inclusion topics started in high school while grading the graduate (MBA) papers of her step-father’s students. Her passion for the topics of leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion continued with her dissertation, “A Multiple Case Study Document Analysis of Organizational Environments of Inclusion for People with Disabilities.” The lessons, skills, and knowledge from Dr. Kris’ diverse career journey have converged to make her the educator, facilitator, and trainer she is today. She is the owner of 1DrKris LLC, a business education company focused on helping organizations improve their leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Dr. Kris firmly believes that individuals should never stop learning and to this point she completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate with Cornell University.

Dr. Kris lives in South Carolina with her husband, George and their fur baby, ChaCha.
