Not Business As Usual

As the cleanup begins in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, FL, GA, and SC (and continues in TX), remember compassion and patience is key. Leaders it is an unusual time and not the time for business as usual. If you have not done so, be sure to check on your employees and their families. Remember, leadership is a responsibility not just a position.
