What is your leadership legacy? How will you be remembered as a leader? When it comes to leadership, many time individuals think of the right now and not about how they will be remembered as a leader. If you take a look at the headlines around the country, we see leaders from various industries addressing previous behaviors, decisions and actions made.
Ask yourself:
Will you still be comfortable with your behavior today, if brought up years from now?
Will you still be comfortable with your decisions and actions made today, if brought up years from now?
If you are unable to say “yes,” for both of these questions, it is time to make some changes.
