Harassment is NOT Okay!

Leaders, in the face of the Harvey Weinstein scandal it is time to remind your team (organization) about policies on sexual harassment. Ensure that you not just focus on male-female harassment but include female-male, male-male, and female-female. Remind your team that harassment of any kind is unacceptable. Discuss other forms of physical and verbal harassment such as bullying, race, religious, nationality, cognitive and physical abilities, and gender identification. (This is not an exhaustive list.)
Some of these topics may make you uncomfortable. Guess what? The person being harassed is far more uncomfortable.
